Karl Heinz Klein y Hans Wilhelm Klein en busca de sus raíces viajan a la inhóspita selva colombiana del Chocó recreando la expedición de rescate del avión bimotor bautizado „von Krohn”, liderada por su abuelo Heinrich Johann Klein, ingeniero, cartógrafo y topógrafo alemán quien en 1934 fue comisionado por la aerolínea colombo-alemana SCADTA para rescatar a posibles sobrevivientes y recuperar el tesoro que llevaba el bimotor accidentado en la recóndita cordillera de los Andes.
El rodaje se llevó a cabo con la mayor calidad 4K en varias locaciones alrededor de Colombia.

Karl Heinz Klein and Hans Wilhelm Klein, in search of their roots, travel to the inhospitable Colombian jungle of Chocó, recreating the rescue expedition of the twin-engine aircraft christened “von Krohn”, led by their grandfather Heinrich Johann Klein, a German engineer, cartographer and topographer who in 1934 was commissioned by the Colombian-German airline SCADTA to rescue possible survivors and recover the treasure carried by the twin-engine aircraft that crashed in the remote Andes mountain range.
The filming was carried out with the highest 4K quality in various locations around Colombia.
